Now Is the Time!
As an infant and child, we depend on our parents to protect us from illness and do all they can to secure our health. Once we become older and educated it becomes our responsibility to protect our health. The importance of having control over our lives and body and being aware of the sacred sovereignty of our body becomes paramount to survival and health.
Our health is the most important, most intimate and private responsibility we possess. Our health provides our means to work, love, learn and move forward in life. Without our health, we struggle and suffer. Health is affected by our actions, choices, and motivation. It is our most important individual freedom that constitutes an integral aspect of our being.
Health is affected by all of our choices and most directly as well by our choice of medicine and medical procedures. Any medical procedure or medical drug decision is always ours to decide. We possess this ultimate right and sovereignty because such a choice can immediately impact our lives and future. For this reason, medical choice and medical freedom are among our foremost sovereign rights and responsibility. Each one of us possesses these inherent Almighty Rights that need to be protected at all times.
Our past and present clearly illustrate the insufferable, heinous, and brutal disregard by others of our Medical Freedom. Our governing political bodies have laid siege to our health rights and obligations. Government mandates and forced medical procedures - under any circumstances and justification - destroy individual freedom, medical informed consent, the pursuit of happiness and our health.
Our best protection resides in an overwhelming national response that tells both the National and State governments they must obey and honor individual medical freedom, medical rights, medical privacy, and medical informed consent. Therefore, we demand complete and perfect protection of our medical rights by the passage of this Medical Freedom Amendment as the 28th amendment to the United States Constitution.
"All people have the Right to secure their Health in the manner they choose. Congress, the President, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments shall make no law, rule, regulation, counter measure, executive or emergency order that impedes the Individual's rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice. Nor shall the President, Congress, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments make any law, rule, regulation, counter measure, executive or emergency order that impedes the Individual's right to medical privacy and freedom without individual and specific judicial warrant supported by Oath and affirmation of necessary cause to protect Society from Harm describing the Individual's condition and danger it presents."
There is a solid and indisputable record of individual experiences that reveals the overwhelming harm from the latest mandated vaccines at the Vaccine Adverse Effects Reporting System (VAERS) see - https://vaers.hhs.gov/data/datasets.html Government mandates, inadequate informed consent, and unhealthy policies put the individual at high risk of harm. This is further exacerbated by governmental mandates that ignore individual health sovereignty, health provider-patient relationship, as well as the physicians Hippocratic Oath to “First do no harm.”
Pharmaceutical drugs and iatrogenic acts by doctors and hospital staff are major causes of death that rank near the top of the list. Iatrogenesis is the causation of a disease, a harmful complication, or other ill effect by any medical activity, including diagnosis, intervention, error, or negligence. The Medical Freedom Amendment would help to rein in the rogue medical establishment and pharmaceutical industry that cause these unnecessary deaths, while protecting and preserving our medical freedom.
Its passage would finally give us the power to truly reform and allow safe, alternative therapeutics on the market while placing them outside the suppressive control of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which has become nothing more than a regional branch office of the medical and pharmaceutical monopoly. Real health and medical safety will be evaluated by real and truly independent scientists and experts from various related fields beyond the iron grasp of the pharmaceutical monopoly exercised and imposed on all of us (and onto the world at large) by today's FDA.
