The Line Must Be Drawn Between Right and Wrong
The Medical Freedom Amendment has grown into a true demarcation between the government's right to prescribe and demand medical treatment and our Individual inalienable right to control our medical and health decisions. This Individual Right is inalienable and absolute.
This right has been usurped by insidious means through the Patriot's Act of 2001 and the PREP Act of 2005 wherein the Department of Defense was given full immunity and right to act under emergency ruling to enact "countermeasures". The mRNA (ModifiedRNA) injection was redefined as a vaccine and technically named a "countermeasure" authorized by Legislative Acts giving full power to the President to place into Public requirement in an emergency.
It is for that reason that two new terms were added to the Medical Freedom Amendment. Those terms - "countermeasure" and "emergency" share meaning with "law, rule, regulation, executive" placed before the word "order". In other words those words have no power to impede the Individual's rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice, nor medical privacy.
We cannot allow the government to control individual health. We are all individuals and each unique in our own way that only by protecting our sovereign freedom for securing our health in the manner we choose can we properly defend our health from government, tyrannical overreach and subjugation.
Currently there is a massive international governmental movement undertaken by moneyed interests of the pharmaceutical industry and the World Health Organization to control individual medical choice throughout all Member States spearheaded by the United States. The pharmaceutical industry has a dark past and should be fully investigated in this continuing use of humanity for experimentation. The United States Government needs to divest itself of any treaty, agreement or laws that contravene the Medical Freedom Amendment.
The line between right and wrong has been drawn clearly by the Medical Freedom Amendment that personal health has an impenetrable barrier to experimentation, one size fits all, and mandates that impede medical freedom of the Individual. The creation of fear where people will do what they would not do under a thoughtful way shows the use of propaganda and restriction that has done great harm and death to many and is projected by studies to do so in the years to come.
No one, no government has control over personal health except for parents for their children. The government can recommend and suggest but Public health is not Private Health.
Here is the revised Medical Freedom Amendment proposed as the 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution.
"All people have the Right to secure their Health in the manner they choose. Congress, the President, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments shall make no law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive, or emergency order that impedes the Individual's rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice. Nor shall the President, Congress, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments make any law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive, or emergency order that impedes the Individual's right to medical privacy and freedom without individual and specific judicial warrant supported by Oath and affirmation of necessary cause to protect Society from Harm describing the Individual's condition and danger it presents."
We must push forward with this Amendment to have it indelibly written in the United States Constitution for ourselves and posterity. This is our necessary and required answer and protection from this end game agenda of totalitarian, fascistic, communistic, feudalistic suppression of our health, happiness, and well being. We must face this directly with all our efforts.
The loss of medical freedom with informed consent is the most important singular issue facing us. Adding Medical Freedom to the Bill of Rights must move forward with confidence and determination. As a political issue it requires rapid response. We must know every Representative's voting position.
Only by knowing our Representative’s position on this issue can we powerfully respond politically by the vote we each possess. Knowing each Representative's position allows focus on this single political issue. The National Health Federation (NHF) is the first organization to endorse and support the Medical Freedom Amendment. Hopefully, other organizations will soon follow in NHF's footsteps. This comports with NHF's nearly seven-decades-long tradition of promoting and defending health freedom as well as its long history of consumer and individual health protection on local and global levels, including its unique position of participation in the Codex Alimentarius process.
