So it began, the endless news of COVID-19. Within days everyone, everywhere knew that there was an epidemic that had started surreptitiously in China. Suddenly it was on everybody’s conscience.

Danger and fear filled the airwaves, the chatter, the mind as people became actors in their own remembered plagues and movies that prepared their visceral reaction. All levels of government along with manufacturers and military had practiced scenarios in preparation.

Leaders and participants took the training seriously and now the drama was actually happening as they were called into action. They knew the uncertainty, the risks, the great and grave challenge.

Most of all they knew how to respond. They had a responsibility and one to be shared with everyone. We as well were primed to react from the memory of our innate cellular defense.

Our initial decisions are based on fear, instinct, memory, and urgency.

Our gut reactions take over. We are hit in the face with an emergency and our heart weighs heavily upon the victim’s situation. The die is cast, and we find ourselves in a sea of prescribed actions and requirements to ourselves and those around us for survival. It invokes strong obedience to responsible action.

This responsibility is not chosen it is nevertheless chosen as necessity from within our being required by us, those around us, and those overseeing the situation.

However, responsibility requires another factor. One that is easily left by the roadside in such emergencies. That responsibility is freedom. Freedom to refrain from haste, to review from experience, to analyze the facts of the situation, and critically appraise the situation.

A historic example of this is the Plague at the Golden Gate when in 1900 the bubonic plague set off fear and anti-Asian sentiment in San Francisco. It provides a fascinating and timely examination of the relationships between cultures, business, the medical community and science. (YouTube has the series broken up into chapters.)

A prescient example is the in-depth article written by Scott Tips, the President of the National Health Federation. It was published in the Spring of 2020’s Health Freedom News magazine. “Never Has So Little Done So Much Harm to So Many” with the article subheading “The Latest Coronavirus Attack Is a Cover for Restricting Our Health Freedoms”, pp 6-13. The article is now being vindicated by researchers.

Responsibility and freedom are measures of meaning, of being, of awareness necessary to uncover the essence of the emergency and its origin, its depth, its validity. This weighs heavily upon the decision of those especially with deeper knowledge of possibilities of cause and response. Therefore, censorship is a dangerous weapon to necessary facts.

Freedom is not the opposite of lawfulness and likewise lawfulness is not the opposite of freedom. Their common foundation is responsibility. Responsibility requires the balance of the two to prevent chaos and tyranny.

Here then is the shift. Responsibility requires freedom and following the laws, lawfulness, and most important a clear true comprehension of the origin and depth of the emergency. All three come into focus when deciding action and response. This applies to many situations such as public health, national security, technological change, and environmental crises.

Responsibility is based on freedom, lawfulness, and the situation determining the true decision of a person, community or nation. Ignoring either of these factors can produce wrong decisions and wrong actions. It can easily be individualized as well.

COVID-19 is an excellent example where governmental lawfulness denied freedom creating wrong policies and a division of people. With a predetermined answer that was controversial the government sacrificed liberty and even the Rule of Law of Informed Consent.

The Government chose a path that censored and penalized criticism. Once an injection was considered a hopeful solution the lawfulness reaction morphed into a program of propaganda, devotion, and non-disclosure. Freedom was ignored and deception became politicized truth. It also divided the nation between those wary and those committed to shots and boosters.

That is when the hammer came down heavily upon freedom and all was lost under the burden of the governmental law. The origin, depth, and solutions to the emergency ended freedom and disclosure.

Where did lawfulness gain this enormous strength to overcome the balance of freedom, the controversy? The wealth of the pharmaceutical industry hid much deception and non-disclosure by force of its presumed savior of humanity’s illnesses and its lobbying financial benefits.

So, we stood mired up to our necks in a corrupt system that denied freedom and has yet to come to terms with its injustice.

Governments must make decisions during emergencies without sacrificing either freedom or the Rule of Law. How can our government do this while committed to an untrustworthy medical sector controlled by extreme corporate wealth?

COVID-19 was followed by the most egregious actions under law in the Court system as well. It acknowledged a mandated injection of an experimental genetically modified organism with known damaging effects, with total legal immunity, and an enforcement that denied freedom, parental consent, full disclosure and the Rule of Law.

This betrayal of freedom robbed and harmed many without cause by our government’s betrayal of freedom. The COVID-19 debate emphasizes the importance and protective necessities of freedom as new emergencies arise. When lawfulness overwhelms freedom then justice and truth cannot survive.

Do we need protection of medical freedom? Absolutely! We are now embarking upon the gravest of battle. It is the battle for the human body as AI bio-science seeks surveillance and approaches the realm of the health provider. Every future emergency will face greater control. Responsibility requires the protection of freedom to balance the government’s lawfulness and biosciences co-opting of our health.

That is why we must unrelentingly, without fear, pursue the enactment of the Medical Freedom Amendment. It is the one solution that truly brings the scales of justice back into our lives, which secures truth and our health into the future.

Here is the proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution, the Medical Freedom Amendment.

“All people have the Right to secure their Health in the manner they choose. Congress, the President, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments shall make no law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive order, emergency declaration, or enter into any treaty or international agreement that:
1. Impedes the Individual’s rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice. The treaty provision of Article VI of this Constitution shall not apply in any way to this amendment.
2. Impedes the Individual’s right to medical privacy and freedom without individual and specific judicial warrant supported by Oath and affirmation of necessary cause to protect Society from Harm describing the Individual’s condition and danger it presents.

All people own all data derived from their body, mind, or biological functions, including but not limited to genetic, biometric, physiological, and psychological information. Medical data shall be treated as the private property of the Individual, inviolate and beyond the reach of corporate or governmental appropriation.
1. No person’s biological data, health record, or biometric profile shall be accessed, stored, or transmitted without the Individual’s informed, explicit, and revocable consent.
2. Any compelled or deceptive collection or monetization of biological data, directly or through digital systems, shall be deemed an unlawful search and seizure.
3. Congress and the States shall provide civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized possession, trade, or commercial exploitation of personal health data.”

  The urgent necessity of the Medical Freedom Amendment is the health catastrophe experienced by us, the citizens. The reasons this exists is the corrupt system of medicine currently guiding the Nation. It has produced a series of declining health, illness, and death. In the process citizens have been dispossessed of their wealth and happiness. This tragic situation is compounded by the corporate deception of illness based on the monopolistic control of certain government agencies at the Federal level as well as State and local. It is a failure of Public Health and government legislation that has bound citizens to a monopolistic and unfair system creating suffering and ignorance beyond comprehension.
If this sounds unreasonable, it is not. Ask anyone and they will share their stories of despair, frustration, suffering, and tragedy at the hands of the current allopathic medical system.
Wealth provides allopathic medicine its hidden ineffectiveness and harm. But the dangers are exposed as the major source of advertising revenue in the country from allopathic drugs repeat their litany of – "side effects" – (bad, adverse, frightening effects). The death and suffering caused by allopathic doctor’s ignorance and inhumane experimentation also causes dispossession of citizens' wealth. This requires a new direction of medicine that is no longer bound to the 19th century German materialism. This is not shutting down allopathic medicine, it is allowing healing and other modes of therapies a rightful place where results are proven superior.
     No longer should there be non-disclosure and deception by the medical practitioner, state boards, and the government. No longer should there be government propaganda and lies that misconstrue and create fear where there should be hope and beneficial results. Freedom of the individual should be paramount in our Republic of the United States of America. The individual is society, is the community, is the government, is to be protected by the government and not handed over to power seekers, deceivers, and enslavers.
The world is on the threshold of jumping into a surveillance state. Technology is making it possible, simultaneously destroying health of each and every one of us. There appears from nowhere extreme wealth that creates 800 data centers, satellites by the thousands, sensors by the trillions, and wireless exposure at levels from cell phones to towers and ranges that affect biological organs, skin, biological systems, cellular energy, RNA and DNA, and an endless barrage of illness without people’s awareness. These systems affect the soil, air, water, and our consciousness. Where is Public Health doing its job?
Where does this wealth all come from? How have we within the last few decades created almost a 40 trillion-dollar national debt? Where have trillions of dollars by government been spent? Nevertheless, economics requires a spreadsheet of expenditures and use. Where is it?
Getting accurate figures on death and disease and its causes continues to be a TUG OF WAR between those deceiving and those wanting disclosure. In the meantime, we, the People, must gather ourselves together now, while we can, and demand change that fosters and secures the health of the Nation and the security of each person’s medical choice, informed consent, and personal medical data. Support the Medical Freedom Amendment because the government does not want any part of it- however, YOU are the government, and YOU have the power as long as YOU have the will.

Where Jacobson said, “the community has the right to protect itself,” in the Supreme Court’s 1905 decision, Jacobson v. Massachusetts. This Constitutional Amendment declares, “the individual is the community — and must first be proven a demonstrable danger before any intrusion.” There must be personal sovereignty and due process. The community has the right to know. Let there be no deception, let there be full disclosure, and let there be informed consent – a Rule of Law.

This event was well attended and with a great variety and exceptional quality of presentations. It was an honor to have this video presented for viewing. Unfortunately I was unable to attend for health reasons.
The video above is a result of six years of development spanning constitutional law and health freedom. Each time it seemed finished something new emerged and required more time and thought.
It lays out meaning to both sections of the MFA - the rights of medical freedom and necessary protection of digital privacy of the Individual. It seems a slow process to affect change with little acceptance but still rewarding. Its time will come and with comprehension of our situation it could be sooner than later. The sooner will save lives and change the country.

This plaque was later presented to me by Greg Kunin, the Chairman of the Board of Governors when visiting and signed by him and Scott Tips, the President of the National Health Federation (NHF).
It has taken time for this plaque to deliver its full significance. It is a wonderful honor in many ways. Every person on the Board of Governors of the NHF represents an extraordinary life dedicated to the cause of health so it is a wonderful surprise to be honored by the people with whom you associate, work, and also admire. So it was like a family honor from an organization that has a long and honorable history. Since 1955 Imagine that!
The NHF has steered a steady course of promoting health freedom, protecting health freedom, and encouraging health freedom advocacy in the Halls of Government at every level including international, especially the United Nations CODEX Alimentarius- the ruling of world standards of nutrients, chemicals, food, and trade. Also, extensive lobby efforts and providing education for Membership.
The President, Scott Tips, has always been on the cutting edge of issues regarding health, government overreach, and initiated many movements protecting health freedom as a full spectrum of choice, from acupuncture to chiropractic, from nutritional therapies to the warnings of food radiation, GMOs (genetically modified organisms), and chemical poisons in medicine, food, agriculture and the environment, simultaneously holding the organization together, securing its finances, and editing the Health Freedom News and other news column requirements and attending the world meetings of CODEX as one of the longest standing members.

We live in a time when change has become the beacon of wealth, the promise of security from all disease, and an external conscience of AI striving to create our future and way of life. This is presented as a boon to all humanity and attainable by certain requirements. Most notably the personal deliverance of thought, decision, and control by recognizing and accepting a premise of a superior intellect, a presumptive faultless system, and an era of sustained subsistence through AI technology, reductive thinking, and materialistic science.
We are entering a new form of governance - a MATRIX administered state, a gulag based on wrong policies, and a panopticon of algorithms and surveillance. Everything becomes observable and turned into data. Personality becomes uniform conformity and interaction becomes automaton civility.
Life ruled by data, rules, oversight, and enforcement. This requires constant monitoring and the abolition of liberty and freedom.
The soma of our existence is always in disruption from moment to moment. We are life and living, the miracle of light and the Almighty. It is hallowed and in many ways impossible to fully comprehend. Light in particular is the essence of non-locality and here we exist and health is out most intimate necessity.
We urgently need the Medical Freedom Amendment as we bound into the future of digital disruption to secure a freedom of health. Health freedom and privacy are essential to liberty itself, we must affirm that every Individual possesses inherent and inviolable right to sovereignty over their own body, mind, and medical data.
The Medical Freedom Amendment recognizes this inalienable right and establishes a permanent safeguard against medical coercion and digital domination.
The Amendment places within the Constitution the Rule of Law of Informed Consent. Requiring facts and truth barring deception and dispossession with rights of restitution.
Therefore, the Medical Freedom Amendment is expanded to protect those freedoms and rights as constitutional recognition of personal digital health sovereignty.
Your body is not government property, nor a corporate asset. The current MFA brings the Constitution in alignment with the digital age by permanently prohibiting coerced medical interventions and unauthorized use of health data. It codifies bodily autonomy, informed consent, and data ownership as unalienable rights.
Here is the MFA as fully operational to be added to the United States Constitution.

Modern medicine lives bathed in artificial brilliance – surgical lamps, laser therapies, fluorescent screens – yet it remains curiously blind to the deeper nature of light it manipulates. The very discipline that split the atom and photographed the genome still treats illumination as an external instrument, never as a principle of life itself.
Nineteenth‑century allopathy announced its triumph over darkness by dissecting the body into chemical data, but in doing so, it dimmed the living radiance that earlier natural philosophers sensed in every cell and cosmos. Today, research in photobiology and quantum biophysics again reveals what the poets and sages implied: that light is not an accessory to life but its organizing intelligence, the bridge between matter and consciousness.
To bring this recognition into medicine is not mysticism – it is the delayed completion of science’s own enlightenment, a turning of its gaze from domination toward illumination.
Allopathic medicine “treats disease by providing effects contrary to those produced by the disease itself.” Its goal is to block, eliminate, reverse and oppose the symptoms in an aggressive manner. In the past it was accomplished through purging, bleeding, or dosing patients with powerful substances like mercury or arsenic.
With the laboratory becoming central to medical authority and the rise of anatomy, physiology, and bacteriology, allopathy turned to pathology and evidence-based medicine emphasizing pharmacology, vaccination, and surgical interventions. These were aimed at altering measurable disease processes.
This empirical reductionism sought to isolate one variable or biochemical pathway as the origin of disease. This external intervention relied on drugs, radiation and surgery as primary tools. Presently, it focuses on cellular and molecular levels within a materialistic and mechanistic framework.
Allopathic medicine looks at the body as a machine to be corrected. This has in some ways been very successful in acute care and crisis medicine. However, it fails to address chronic or systemic illness.
Unfortunately, this system became institutionalized in the early 20th Century and deeply entwined with industrial and state power. The Flexner Report of 1910, funded by the Carnegie and Rockefeller interests, standardized medical education around biochemical and reductionist science.
This effectively marginalized diverse medical systems, homeopathy, naturopathy, eclectic medicine, herbalism, electrical medicine, massage, osteopathy, and chiropractic, consolidating a monopoly under what became known as biomedicine. From that period on, the term “allopathic” became an institutional label for the dominant, officially sanctioned model.
By labeling alternative schools as “unscientific,” the allopathic path captured the institutions and funding pipelines that define modern medicine — but it did so by narrowing the very concept of science to laboratory empiricism and molecular manipulation.
When Samuel Hahnemann (1755–1843), a German physician and polymath, coined “homeopathy,” he had observed that substances causing certain symptoms in healthy people could, in ultra-diluted form, stimulate the body’s innate healing response to those same symptoms. He called this similia similibus curentur — “like cures like.”
Homeopaths emphasized individualized treatment, minimal interference, and the idea that disease arises from energetic or dynamic disturbance, not merely from material pathology. Homeopathy was so successful in the United Sates that it became the choice of many.
In fact, President Abraham Lincoln in 1862 signed a bill allocating some civil war military hospitals over to homeopaths because of their unparalleled success in treating cholera, yellow fever, diphtheria and influenza compared to allopathic medicine.
During this time there was also the famous scientist Antoine Béchamp whose theory of Terrain opposed that of Louis Pasteur’s Germ Theory. His Terrain Theory (Pleomorphism) took into consideration acid/alkaline pH, Electric/magnetic charge, Poisoning, Nutritional Status, and that Germs are not necessarily responsible or necessary for disease. This was quite different from Pasteur’s Germ Theory (Monomorphism), who on dying, said Béchamp was right.
Also, in the late 1800s and early 1900s Naturopathy emerged. Benedict Lust blended hydrotherapy, herbalism and dietary reform. Naturopathy embraces prevention, detoxification, nutrition, exercise, sunlight, and mental well-being. It views disease as a systemic imbalance influenced by environment, lifestyle, and emotion.
The momentous change took place with the birth of modern Public Health when medicine went from healing to management. After the Flexner Report (1910) and the First World War, medicine had already shifted from private therapeutic practice to institutional power. But the real transformation happened after World War II.
The Rockefeller Foundation and similar philanthropic engines began global health programs, exporting the American biomedical model worldwide. The World Health Organization (WHO, founded 1948) positioned health as a political instrument — “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being,” which effectively allowed every social issue to be medicalized. Thus began Mass immunization campaigns against smallpox, polio, and other diseases, providing unprecedented central control over populations under the banner of “the greater good.”
Meanwhile, industrial agriculture, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals simultaneously flooded the environment with novel synthetic chemicals — yet rather than investigate environmental toxicity, the health establishment focused overwhelmingly on pharmaceutical solutions.
Thus, “public health” became the public-relations face of a system built around interventionism, chemical dependency, and data control. We have now entered the Pharmaceutical Regulatory Complex.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) evolved into the gatekeeper of medicine with its funding and personnel increasingly revolved around the very industries it was supposed to regulate in a clear case of regulatory capture.
Antibiotics, vaccines, and psychotropic drugs were hailed as miracles, masking deeper societal dysfunctions (pollution, malnutrition, social isolation) with pharmacological quick fixes. Chronic disease exploded, cardiovascular, cancer, metabolic, psychiatric, autoimmune. This was quickly transformed into a profit stream rather than a preventable crisis.
By emphasizing biochemical alteration of individuals rather than systemic reform, public health policy, knowingly or not, entered into secured permanent markets for chronic therapies.
Now the true danger is exposed as medicine hardens into an ideology of technocratic infallibility. Scientists ceased to be explorers and became bureaucrats within grant-dependent hierarchies and “consensus science” becomes a political shield.
Any dissent was pathologized as “pseudoscience,” while environmental factors, such as lead, mercury, PFAS, pesticide residues, EMFs are chronically downplayed or denied.
Every cover-up had the same template: deny, delay, discredit, replace with a milder narrative, then claim the discovery as one’s own once the damage became undeniable.
Biomedicine then becomes a form of soft empire through aid programs in Africa, Asia, and Latin America for geopolitical purposes. This results in Vaccine and sterilization campaigns doubling as population control measures. Local medicine delegitimized with Western pharmaceuticals replacing indigenous knowledge systems.
The World Bank and IMF become embedded as “public health reforms” linked to debt restructuring, ensuring economic dependence alongside supposed “health modernization.”
However, what is packaged as altruistic “global health” is building an empire of dependency with nations reliant on Western patents, labs, and expertise rather than local sovereignty over health practices and natural remedies.
Public Health in the past achieved genuine victories with antimicrobial treatment, sanitation infrastructure, trauma surgery, and emergency medicine. Public Health today is a different story entirely with its expansion into behavioral regulation, mass pharmaceutics, and information control transforming it into a management system for populations and a mechanism of governance rather than a healing art.
However, the greatest change has been from “Global Health” to “Global Health Security.” After the Cold War, the political justification for vast spending on militarized systems weakened. But the model was repurposed: instead of fighting communism, Western states began fighting microbes.
In the 1990s and early 2000s, after HIV/AIDS, SARS‑1, and Ebola, governments reframed disease as a national security threat. Institutions like the WHO, World Bank, and CDC built programs focused not on sanitation, nutrition, or independence, but on surveillance, predictive modeling, and emergency response infrastructure.
The rhetoric shifted from “health for all” to “biosecurity.” Now, the implicit goal was not preventing disease but preventing instability of social, economic, and political establishments.
At the same time, the rise of digital technology created new feedback loops. Electronic Health Records (EHRs), genomic databases, and biosurveillance platforms turned human beings into continuous streams of data. We are replacing the promise of “personalized medicine” with personalized monitoring.
This was not accidental at all it matched the interests of both governments (control and compliance) and corporations (monetizing health data). Wearables, smartphones, and later vaccine passports (the logical culmination) links biology to bureaucratic infrastructure.
The events of 2020–2022 revealed mass biocontrol and the decades of preparatory policy (like the 2005 International Health Regulations, and U.S. “pandemic preparedness” frameworks) laid the foundation for the largest social experiment in modern history.
Here is the key point. The same financial entities funding vaccine development also financed the media narratives and regulatory approvals that promoted them. Lockdown, track‑and‑trace, and digital ID mandates were trial runs for a future system in which access to participation (jobs, travel, finance) could be conditioned upon biometric compliance.
Once medicine became computerized, public health becomes indistinguishable from social control. There are four basic ideological assumptions for the system to sustain itself.

By 2026, the global project is to merge medical identity (health records, immunization status) with digital identity (social credit, financial access), with environmental sustainability tracking (carbon budgets, “green health”) creating a unified system whereby health metrics become the foundation for civic participation.
Its justification is through propaganda slogans of safety, resilience, and sustainability, while creating compliance through dependency. Meanwhile chronic disease rates climb up and up, mental illness increases up and up, while fertility goes down and down - and the environmental toxins that proliferate go unabated, unaddressed and unresolved.
Never in history have we produced more health interventions. The obvious truth is that the system is not organized around healing, it is organized around management and wealth.
What began as allopathy, the theory of opposing symptoms, matured into technocratic governance opposing uncertainty itself.
Allopathy’s 19th century German materialism was based on reductionism. All life processes are chemical and mechanical. Therefore, “thought is a secretion of the brain just as bile is a secretion of the liver” (Mole Schott). Also, that the conservation of energy was not dynamic vitality but a closed bookkeeping system and opposed to life being self-organizing and luminous.
Therefore, disease is cellular pathology localized and not a systemic imbalance. The focus was on dissection and microscopy as supreme and light purely an optical aid to see tissue and not interact with it. With this they stripped the invisible dimension from the concept of life making medicine an industry of measurement.
Over the last half‑century, the silent return of light to biology has begun to undo two centuries of mechanistic darkness. Photobiology, biophotonics, and quantum biophysics now confirm that cells do not merely react to chemical cues; they converse in pulses of light and electromagnetic rhythm.

"All people have the Right to secure their Health in the manner they choose. Congress, the President, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments shall make no law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive order, emergency declaration, or enter into any treaty or international agreement that:

1. Impedes the Individual's rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice. The treaty provision of Article VI of this Constitution shall not apply in any way to this amendment.

2. Impedes the Individual's right to medical privacy and freedom without individual and specific judicial warrant supported by Oath and affirmation of necessary cause to protect Society from Harm describing the Individual's condition and danger it presents.

All people own all data derived from their body, mind, or biological functions, including but not limited to genetic, biometric, physiological, and psychological information. Medical data shall be treated as the private property of the individual, inviolate and beyond the reach of corporate or governmental appropriation.

1. No person's biological data, health record, or biometric profile shall be accessed, stored, or transmitted without the Individual's informed, explicit, and revocable consent.

2. Any compelled or deceptive collection or monetization of biological data, directly or through digital systems, shall be deemed an unlawful search and seizure.

3. Congress and the States shall provide civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized possession, trade, or commercial exploitation of personal health data."

This is not just a battle for the soul of medicine, but for the sovereignty of the human self in this algorithmic era. The current MFA brings the Constitution in alignment with the digital age by permanently prohibiting coerced medical interventions and unauthorized use of health data. The Medical Freedom Amendment:
