December 1, 2023 is the deadline for heads of state around the world to REJECT the amendments to the International Health Regulations that WERE ADOPTED on May 27, 2022.

On January 18, 2022, the Biden administration proposed a package of amendments to the International Health Regulations that sought to reduce the time to consider AND IMPLEMENT any future amendments from 24 months to 6 months.
Due to enormous worldwide opposition, the original package of amendments to 13 Articles of the International Health Regulations proposed by the Biden administration were NOT even considered by the 75th World Health Assembly.
However, a different package of amendments were illegitimately submitted in violation of Article 55, and amendments to 5 Articles of the International Health Regulations WERE ADOPTED on May 27, 2022.
If not rejected before December 1, 2023, the amendment to Article 59 THAT WAS ADOPTED will shorten the timeline for future amendments to be rejected and enter into legally-binding force.
The deadline to REJECT the amendments (December 1, 2023) is fast approaching.

It appears like a combining of fascism and totalitarianism destroying sovereignty, inalienable rights, and bringing in an age of serfdom and slavery.
The Medical Freedom Amendment protects choice. It does not make a judgment about what a person should or should not do since it is a personal and inalienable right of each citizen to make their own medical decisions. Those decisions are best made by the individual and not by a coalition of corporate interests controlling the policies of the WHO.
This Amendment urgently needs passage to stop this tidal wave of government medical overreach, more dangerous than imaginable with our personal medical data now being recorded and used electronically and our movements and choices controlled by others than ourselves.
Let our actions be a beacon to others in this life-affirming battle to protect our inherent medical freedom. Take action now to see this Amendment pass and act immediately to oppose the WHO takeover of freedom and rights.

"All people have the Right to secure their Health in the manner they choose. Congress, the President, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments shall make no law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive or emergency order that impedes the Individual's rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice. Nor shall the President, Congress, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments make any law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive or emergency order that impedes the Individual's right to medical privacy and freedom without individual and specific judicial warrant supported by Oath and affirmation of necessary cause to protect Society from Harm describing the Individual's condition and danger it presents."
