An open letter to all of our Representatives.
The true prize from the American Revolution was freedom, and that benefit of the American Revolution was inherently demanded by the People. The major challenge was how to bring a Nation of States together, the management of government, and utilize national and state governments while including a Bill of Rights.
It is more than obvious that the Bill of Rights have been trampled upon by state and national governments in many instances. The personal rights have been extended to corporations, denied to others, and especially now, we find the health of the nation confiscated by the pharmaceutical industry. We find a national government embroiled in patents and financial commitments with international corporations, foreign countries, and the World Health Organization. We find state governments manipulated as well. We experience our medical rights nullified by pre-planned symposiums of possible future illnesses aided by artificial intelligence, wireless surveillance, profit driven science, and error driven data sequences. When exposed by those who tell truth, the government silences, censors and ruins their livelihoods meanwhile remaining secretive, reckless, and denying the great harm inflicted by misguided policies.
At the same time, we see different States throughout the Union creating even stronger violations of medical rights, medical freedom, and medical privacy and other states seeking medical freedom. A national Amendment allows throughout the country equal and complete medical rights, informed consent, and medical freedoms protected by the US Constitution nationally.
Essentially the most inalienable right is one’s conscience to think for oneself, decide for oneself. These are things that you can only do for yourself which includes one’s health, and health is life. Medical rights and informed consent are natural rights and necessary for life and health. This is an awareness from the Age of Enlightenment. And although these rights are further protected by the 14th Amendment proposed on the 75th Anniversary of the Bill of Rights by Abraham Lincoln, they are not enumerated. Yet we all know they exist.
The Medical Freedom Amendment brings us together and creates the personal protection and personal freedoms of each person. It creates tolerance for each viewpoint and gives responsibility for one’s own health through medical action for one’s own health and decision. This right is already implicit and protected by the 9th Amendment, yet that right is being denied.
This is the opportunity of a lifetime to make this Right fully recognized. We witness how easily medical freedom is taken away by our Government. More abuse is in the pipeline through the United Nations World Health Organization’s new acts and amendments. This intolerable over- reach seeks higher control than our US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, our legislative powers, and our courts.
In the overall view of the world, the People – you and I, know what is right and best for our health after we are fully informed. This recognition is not from judges or smart leaders – this recognition comes organically out of our experience of what is right within each of us. We must reconnect with this reality and protect its sacred role within our lives! You can defend this Right.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime!
Promote the Medical Freedom Amendment as the 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution. Use your personal political power now!
