The Medical Freedom Amendment
and Health of the Nation

The urgent necessity of the Medical Freedom Amendment is the health catastrophe experienced by us, the citizens. The reasons this exists is the corrupt system of medicine currently guiding the Nation. It has produced a series of declining health, illness, and death. In the process citizens have been dispossessed of their wealth and happiness. This tragic situation is compounded by the corporate deception of illness based on the monopolistic control of certain government agencies at the Federal level as well as State and local. It is a failure of Public Health and government legislation that has bound citizens to a monopolistic and unfair system creating suffering and ignorance beyond comprehension.
If this sounds unreasonable, it is not. Ask anyone and they will share their stories of despair, frustration, suffering, and tragedy at the hands of the current allopathic medical system.
Wealth provides allopathic medicine its hidden ineffectiveness and harm. But the dangers are exposed as the major source of advertising revenue in the country from allopathic drugs repeat their litany of – "side effects" – (bad, adverse, frightening effects). The death and suffering caused by allopathic doctor’s ignorance and inhumane experimentation also causes dispossession of citizens' wealth. This requires a new direction of medicine that is no longer bound to the 19th century German materialism. This is not shutting down allopathic medicine, it is allowing healing and other modes of therapies a rightful place where results are proven superior.
No longer should there be non-disclosure and deception by the medical practitioner, state boards, and the government. No longer should there be government propaganda and lies that misconstrue and create fear where there should be hope and beneficial results. Freedom of the individual should be paramount in our Republic of the United States of America. The individual is society, is the community, is the government, is to be protected by the government and not handed over to power seekers, deceivers, and enslavers.
The world is on the threshold of jumping into a surveillance state. Technology is making it possible, simultaneously destroying health of each and every one of us. There appears from nowhere extreme wealth that creates 800 data centers, satellites by the thousands, sensors by the trillions, and wireless exposure at levels from cell phones to towers and ranges that affect biological organs, skin, biological systems, cellular energy, RNA and DNA, and an endless barrage of illness without people’s awareness. These systems affect the soil, air, water, and our consciousness. Where is Public Health doing its job?
Where does this wealth all come from? How have we within the last few decades created almost a 40 trillion-dollar national debt? Where have trillions of dollars by government been spent? Nevertheless, economics requires a spreadsheet of expenditures and use. Where is it?
Getting accurate figures on death and disease and its causes continues to be a TUG OF WAR between those deceiving and those wanting disclosure. In the meantime, we, the People, must gather ourselves together now, while we can, and demand change that fosters and secures the health of the Nation and the security of each person’s medical choice, informed consent, and personal medical data. Support the Medical Freedom Amendment because the government does not want any part of it- however, YOU are the government, and YOU have the power as long as YOU have the will.
"All people have the Right to secure their Health in the manner they choose. Congress, the President, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments shall make no law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive order, emergency declaration, or enter into any treaty or international agreement that:
1. Impedes the Individual's rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice. The treaty provision of Article VI of this Constitution shall not apply in any way to this amendment.
2. Impedes the Individual's right to medical privacy and freedom without individual and specific judicial warrant supported by Oath and affirmation of necessary cause to protect Society from Harm describing the Individual's condition and danger it presents.
All people own all data derived from their body, mind, or biological functions, including but not limited to genetic, biometric, physiological, and psychological information. Medical data shall be treated as the private property of the Individual, inviolate and beyond the reach of corporate or governmental appropriation.
1. No person's biological data, health record, or biometric profile shall be accessed, stored, or transmitted without the Individual's informed, explicit, and revocable consent.
2. Any compelled or deceptive collection or monetization of biological data, directly or through digital systems, shall be deemed an unlawful search and seizure.
3. Congress and the States shall provide civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized possession, trade, or commercial exploitation of personal health data."
Where Jacobson said, “the community has the right to protect itself,” in the Supreme Court’s 1905 decision, Jacobson v. Massachusetts. This Constitutional Amendment declares, “the individual is the community — and must first be proven a demonstrable danger before any intrusion.” There must be personal sovereignty and due process. The community has the right to know. Let there be no deception, let there be full disclosure, and let there be informed consent – a Rule of Law.
