This event was well attended and with a great variety and exceptional quality of presentations. It was an honor to have this video presented for viewing. Unfortunately I was unable to attend for health reasons.
The video above is a result of six years of development spanning constitutional law and health freedom. Each time it seemed finished something new emerged and required more time and thought.
It lays out meaning to both sections of the MFA - the rights of medical freedom and necessary protection of digital privacy of the Individual. It seems a slow process to affect change with little acceptance but still rewarding. Its time will come and with comprehension of our situation it could be sooner than later. The sooner will save lives and change the country.

This plaque was later presented to me by Greg Kunin, the Chairman of the Board of Governors when visiting and signed by him and Scott Tips, the President of the National Health Federation (NHF).
It has taken time for this plaque to deliver its full significance. It is a wonderful honor in many ways. Every person on the Board of Governors of the NHF represents an extraordinary life dedicated to the cause of health so it is a wonderful surprise to be honored by the people with whom you associate, work, and also admire. So it was like a family honor from an organization that has a long and honorable history. Since 1955 Imagine that!
The NHF has steered a steady course of promoting health freedom, protecting health freedom, and encouraging health freedom advocacy in the Halls of Government at every level including international, especially the United Nations CODEX Alimentarius- the ruling of world standards of nutrients, chemicals, food, and trade. Also, extensive lobby efforts and providing education for Membership.
The President, Scott Tips, has always been on the cutting edge of issues regarding health, government overreach, and initiated many movements protecting health freedom as a full spectrum of choice, from acupuncture to chiropractic, from nutritional therapies to the warnings of food radiation, GMOs (genetically modified organisms), and chemical poisons in medicine, food, agriculture and the environment, simultaneously holding the organization together, securing its finances, and editing the Health Freedom News and other news column requirements and attending the world meetings of CODEX as one of the longest standing members.
If you are not a member of the NHF consider supporting it in its unending mission to protect health options and environmental health upon the landscape in which we live. You will find it very rewarding and educational. The cost is nominal and the benefits extraordinary.
Once more here is the text of the Medical Freedom Amendment:
"All people have the Right to secure their Health in the manner they choose. Congress, the President, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments shall make no law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive order, emergency declaration, or enter into any treaty or international agreement that:
1. Impedes the Individual's rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice. The treaty provision of Article VI of this Constitution shall not apply in any way to this amendment.
2. Impedes the Individual's right to medical privacy and freedom without individual and specific judicial warrant supported by Oath and affirmation of necessary cause to protect Society from Harm describing the Individual's condition and danger it presents.
All people own all data derived from their body, mind, or biological functions, including but not limited to genetic, biometric, physiological, and psychological information. Medical data shall be treated as the personal property of the Individual, inviolate and beyond the reach of corporate or governmental appropriation.
1. No person's biological data, health record, or biometric profile shall be accessed, stored, or transmitted without the Individual's informed, explicit, and revocable consent.
2. Any compelled or deceptive collection or monetization of biological data, directly or through digital systems, shall be deemed an unlawful search and seizure.
3. Congress and the States shall provide civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized possession, trade, or commercial exploitation of personal health data."
